We are delighted to share that The Clowndoctors have been selected as the winners of the Pride of Scotland Community Hero Award, sponsored by TSB Bank.
Scottish comedian Janey Godley presented the Clowndoctors and Hearts & Minds team with their Pride of Scotland Award at a glittering ceremony hosted by Elaine C Smith and Sanjeev Kholi at Edinburgh's Assembly Rooms on 22 June. The Clowndoctors were delighted to receive this from Janey who knows exactly why laughter is the best medicine when you are in hospital regularly or for long periods of time.
The Clowndoctors were one of ten groups/individuals who won awards in different categories. It was an honour to be in such good company with a very inspiring group of people.
